Skinny Mint 28 Day TeaTox: Does It Really Work?

Waking-up, sleeping-to and shedding those extra pounds with Skinny Mint 28 Day TeaTox these days! I am always lean and fit when I’m on the go. But, with an unexpected pandemic taking the world by surprise, 2020 bandaged me with a work-from-home schedule, that left me with a few extra pounds. I have to admit I had been thinking Tea-Tox much before SkinnyMint sent me these products to review. Tea detox is one of the best ways to lose weight and elevate energy levels. Special blends come with health-boosting ingredients that support overall detoxification. Tea detox kits usually come with a morning tea (to energise) and a night tea for toxin cleansing. Let’s find out how effective this method is?

Why Detox?

Detoxing is an age-old method that rids our body from toxins that do not help bodily functions. A good detox aids in breaking down fat and boosts our immune system, following quick weight loss.

Why Tea-Tox?

Detox teas are herbal blends containing diuretics, laxatives and stimulants including caffeinated tea leaves. These blends are categorically-designed to eradicate toxins, fat and beget a toned body shape.

Skinny Mint 28 Day TeaTox

Skinny Mint’s 28-days two-step detox program is easy to follow and is exactly, what I was looking for. What better way to kickstart a day than with a good workout and a great detox tea, right? Thanks to the duration of this program, I found myself a permanent healthy routine. Here’s why you must consider buying it! Skinny Mint’s expertly formulated tea comes in two variations working together to produce an enhanced result. For $54.90, this marvellous tea combo comes with 28 Morning Boost teabags and 14 Night Cleanse teabags. Not only does the tea taste good, but it also works well on my body!

Skinny Mint 28 Day Teatox

The Morning Boost (containing Green Tea, Yerba Mate and Guarana) lifts my energy levels, keeps me active all day long and naturally reduces the hunger. Night Cleanse, on the other hand, is loaded, with natural ingredients that boost restoration and purify the body leading to decreased bloating. The Night Cleanse contains only 14 teabags as you need to consume it every alternate night. I have replaced my morning black coffee with Skinny Mint’s morning boost and have set the perfect bedtime ritual with Night Cleanse. A perfect formula to increase metabolism, clear toxins, lessen bloating and burn fats. I drink these teas before my breakfast and an hour before going to bed.

Morning Boost

Skinny Mint Morning Boost

Morning Boost is a green tea blend, a well-known weight loss booster, that helps improving metabolism. Besides green tea, this blend also contains Yerba mate, another metabolism booster with high caffeine content, that slows digestion and makes you feel fuller for longer. Nettle leaves and dandelion are well known for their diuretic properties, meaning they make you pee a lot. Both these age-old ingredients are helpful with digestive health and are suitable for stomach discomforts. Guarana contains caffeine and grapefruit leaves, pineapple and strawberry have antioxidants. Together, these ingredients produce a lovely aroma and flavour. I find the taste of Morning Boost a bit fruity, yet, it is one of the best coffee replacements I have tried in a long time.

Night Cleanse

Skinny Mint Night Cleanse

Night Cleanse is a blend of Senna tea, Ginger root, Peppermint Leaf, Hawthorn Berry, Liquorice root and Psyllium husk. Senna is the world’s most-consumed natural-laxative however it is not advised, to those with digestive issues. Ginger root promotes digestive health by soothing digestive tracts and balancing bowel syndrome or any irritation caused by Senna. Peppermint leaf eases stomach aches and suspends bloating by ridding you of excess gas, making your stomach appear flat. Hawthorn berry aids with stress, sleeplessness and mood swings, wherein, Liquorice root soothes the stomach, and fibre-rich Psyllium husk works as a cleanser. Night Cleanse tastes rather gingery, warming and soothing. If you find the taste too-pungent – add a little honey, mint or cinnamon to the tea. Skinny Mint recommends experienced-Teatoxers to consume Night Cleanse daily.

My Experience With TeaTox

Even though I’m a regular coffee drinker, I have to admit I have enjoyed drinking Skinny Mint’s herbal teas. Besides, the teabags are handy, and I can carry them wherever I like. As for the results; I lost nearly 3.5 Kg in 28 days, and experienced heightened metabolism after peeing a lot. Unlike ‘Morning Boost,’ laxatives of ‘Night Cleanse’ only transpire after 8-10 hours, so thankfully no night peeing. During these 28 days, I also maintained a clean diet, got 8-hours of sleep on all nights, drank a lot of water and walked a minimum of 3 km every day. By and by, I have noticed a flatter stomach and toned legs since I went on a TeaTox. I think SkinnyMint 28-day TeaTox is a great quick fix if you have a special occasion coming up and you need to tone rapidly.
