Why Dine at Bistro by Mark Best

Genting Dream is a gastronomic extravaganza that includes fancy celebrity chef restaurants like Bistro by Mark Best. Mark Best is regarded as one of the best chefs in Australia. He owns and operates a restaurant chain in Australia and a few other countries. Anyone who has watched Master Chef Australia knows that Australians are extremely enthusiastic about the food they prepare. Therefore, it was a huge thrill to be invited to dine at a Michelin-starred restaurant that serves perfection on a plate.

Even in December, Singapore was scorching hot, so the beach vibes were strong. This was a once-in-a-lifetime chance to sample authentic Australian Surf N Turf. The menu at the restaurant is impressive, and I’m sure each of these dishes is a culinary masterpiece. Expect nothing less than a celebrity touch to satisfy your taste buds. The minimalistic interiors of this restaurant were the first thing that caught my eye. Simple yet elegant! The best side is the one that faces the glass wall, which displays a delectable selection of international wines.

I mean, I couldn’t help myself from staring at the wall. Or any of the other interiors that call luxury at sea. Each element, from the hoop-shaped chandeliers to the grey and peach elite chairs, has been carefully selected to make you feel at ease. Choose the interactive Chef Table if you want to take your dining experience to the next level.

While you dine and drink, you can have a brief conversation with the Chef at this table. Sydney Surf N Turf was my choice of the menu because I knew an Australian chef would put his all into this dish. Each menu is paired with a unique bottle of wine. Allow the waitstaff to pour you the wine that goes well with your meal. This elegant restaurant enchants you with its presentation, service, and warm hospitality in many ways.

Bistro by Mark Best Christmas

The waiter arrived a few minutes later with my preferred wine, uncorked the bottle, and began pouring finesse from a glass bottle. After that, I was served my perfectly cooked Surf & Turf. Each meal at Bistro by Mark Best begins with the tradition of fine dining: the unfurling of perforated wooden boxes. Tissue holders are housed in these small square boxes. Pour some hot water on the tissues, and they’ll pop right out! My food – a lavish platter known as Sydney Surf & Turf – was just past this swanky dining symbol. What is included in it?

The meal begins with Lobster Bisque, a thicker soup preparation. Following that, Tempura Oysters, Lobster Legs, Scallops, Tiger Prawns, Crab Legs, and Premium Australian Steak arrive on the table.

You will be served a large portion of Pandan Ice cream with mango and Anzac Biscuit dessert at the end of your meal. It would make a great video frame for Vloggers. While I was enjoying this meal, I did some research on Mark Best on the internet. One of Mark Best’s notable accomplishments, I learned, is his Sydney-based restaurant, Marque.

For the past ten years, this restaurant has won the Herald Good Food Guide. When you read this, you’ll understand why SGD 197 is such a small price to pay for the experience you’ll have. When it came to the steak, the Chef had double-checked my preferences before beginning to prepare it.

I asked for a medium-rare steak, and it came out exactly how I wanted it. The seafood was also cooked to perfection, though the Tempura Oysters were my personal favourite. Pandan ice cream was a hit. Overall, it was a fantastic lunch. I highly recommend it to everyone who cherishes fine dining and would like to enjoy a quiet celebrity dinner on a luxury cruise.
