You either love the Starbucks coffee or find it overrated, to hate it. Regardless, The Seattle company from the USA is brewing up some addictive Venti-sized non-alcoholic beverages across the globe. In 1987, Howard Schultz acquired Starbucks and in October 2012, India opened its doors to the first Starbucks in the Elphinstone Building of Mumbai.
The New Indian Flavours around the corner
Starbucks aims at nurturing the human spirit! Therefore, their mission follows one cup, one person, and one neighbourhood at a time. With this in mind, Starbucks consistently brews new blends, to allow its users to experience, the taste of its kind.
As a matter of fact, Tata Starbucks, introduced “Teavana” in January 2017, to offer 18 varieties of tea across India. Their speciality being, the Spice Majesty Blend tea, infused with star anise, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger. This product is exclusively designed for the Indian taste buds and sold only in India.
Starbucks New Pop’zel Frappuccino where Popcorn meets Pretzels
Likewise, Starbucks has introduced 2 new frappes this summer to impress their coffee lovers. These fresh flavours are a Frappuccino blend of sweet and salty, almost perfect for a hot summer day. On this very day, I tried the new Pop’zel Frappuccino, a caffeine beverage that reverberates the essence of caramel popcorn, whipped cream, and salted pretzels.
For those seeking a rather different taste, must opt for the Roasted Marshmallow S’mores Frappuccino. This vanilla coffee is layered with graham cracker crumbles, marshmallows, whipped cream, and loads of chocolate sauce.
Being the outlandish travel blogger, I stopped by the Lower Parel Starbucks in Mumbai, to try one of these new flavours. I have to say, while India is dominated by Tea drinkers, Mumbai is one city that still offers, something new every day to its infidel coffee drinkers. I love caramel popcorn and I love Pretzels, therefore, I personally loved the Pop’zel frappuccino coffee.
